As part of my all-inclusive training program, my clients receive a 12-page comprehensive Assessment Overview based on a series of tests and measurements taken during our initial fitness assessment. This document includes:
Review of mobility observations
Information regarding your body type and impact on your diet and training
Body composition scans and descriptions
Physical test results (i.e. push-up test)

Once our initial fitness assessment has been done and clients receive their personalized Assessment Overview, a highly-detailed 14-page Game Plan will be issued, covering our goals and strategies for the upcoming period (usually 6 weeks). This includes:
Primary and personal goals
Strategy and schedule
Metrics for comparison
Areas of focus during current time-span
Nutrition and home workouts
